LODRS Sunday Final Eliminations Results
NHRA Division 3 handed out Wally’s on Sunday at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park during the LODRS Points Event. Defending Top Sportsman World Champ Darian Boesch won the D3 Indy event for the second year in a row with a 007 RT and 1 Above Lap (6.281 on 6.27 Dial) to defeat Chris Osborn. Another big story was a rare all-Door Car Super Comp Final Round with Tim Millwood’s Dodge Daytona taking the win over Nathan Vrooman’s Cavalier. Todd Frantz backed up his US 131 D3 Competition Eliminator victory with a back-to-back win at Indy. Frantz went 50 Under in his D/DA Dragster to earn the victory by 011 at the stripe over Dave Dupps. Other LODRS winners include Devin Isenhower (Top Dragster), Larry Hodge (Super Stock), Daryl Bureski (Stock), Clark Mundt (Super Gas) and Rob Foss (Super Street). There were also several local specialty classes in competition over the weekend with Winners being: David Theisen (Small Tire Pro Stock), Tim Flanders (8.60 Outlaw Eliminator), Keith Vaughn (Street Warrior 10.10) and Gordon Harlow (Open Comp). The NHRA Division 3 series heads to Beech Bend Raceway in Kentucky at the end of the Month for a SportsNationals/D3 Points Race Double Event.

LODRS Saturday Final Qualifying Results
Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park hosted another solid day of Racing on Saturday for the NHRA Division 3 LODRS Points Race. Tom Martino jumped to the Top Spot in Top Dragster Qualifying with a 6.118 ET on the 6.10 Class Cap. Jimmy Fallon held on to the #1 position in Top Sportsman with a 6.170. Todd Datweiler jumped to the Top with his Supercharged Altered in Competition Eliminator with a 61 Under Lap. Another racer that stole the #1 spot away in Q2 was Super Stock National Points Contender Jeff Dona with a 1.09 Under Run. Unfortunately, Dona was unable to turn on the W Light in Round 1. Robert Michael earned the #1 Qualifying Position in Stock Eliminator at 1.14 Under in his K/SA. All classes contested E1 Saturday afternoon. Final Eliminations are on the agenda for Sunday in Indy. LODRS Friday Qualifying Recap & Shootout Winners
NHRA Division 3 started their Weekend off on Friday for the LODRS Points Race at Lucas Oil Indianapolis Raceway Park. Qualifying was on the schedule for all classes, and weather played a factor as the day’s 2nd run was canceled due to a morning rain shower. All classes were able to get 1 Qualifying Run in with Top Qualifiers being: Jim Prevo (Top Dragster), Jimmy Fallon (Top Sportsman), Todd Frantz (Competition Eliminator), Bo Fowler (Super Stock) and Marion Stephenson (Stock). One Final Qualifying Session is on the schedule for all categories Saturday before Eliminations begin. Division 3 Shootouts took place Friday Evening.
