Fall King of the Creek Sunday Results
The NL Promotions Team wrapped up their 2026 Season on Sunday with a full day of racing during the Fall King of the Creek event at Maryland International Raceway. The Top ET 10 Grander boiled down to a Final Round between Jason Barrow’s Dragster and Layton Sumpter in a borrowed S-10. Sumpter’s Camaro broke in the early rounds, and was able to jump into a friend’s S-10 to continue on. Sumpter was able to score the $10K victory with an 011 RT and 1 Above Lap (6.378 on 6.36 Dial) to defeat Barrow by 019 at the 1/8 Mile stripe. The big story of the weekend was in Footbrake where Kris Bunch absolutely dominated the category. Bunch was double entered on Sunday all the way to the Semi-Final round, where he dropped one entry to Cobi Toliver. He would come back around to defeat Jason Parker setting up a rematch in the Final Round with Toliver. Kris got all of it on the Tree in the Final Round with a 001 Bulb and put it 1 Above (5.907 on 5.89 Dial) to earn the $3K Top Prize. Bunch made all three Footbrake Finals over the course of the Weekend & scored both the Saturday & Sunday Wins. An incredible accomplishment for the Fox Body Mustang racer from Virginia. The Day’s Junior Dragster Final Round saw Kalen Keys turn on the Final Win Light over Saturday’s Winner Calvin Weaver.

Fall King of the Creek Friday Results
NL Promotions King of the Creek Series returns to Maryland International Raceway to finish off their 2026 Season with the Fall King of the Creek event. The Final Round saw a pair of Dragsters roll into the beams as Jason Hoff’s Procharged-entry squared off with the N/A-entry of Chase Marrs. Marrs let go absolutely perfect 000 RT, but would take a bit too much stripe to put it 006 Under handing the W over to Hoff’s 024 and 1 Above Lap (4.458 on 4.44 Dial). Last Season’s King of the Creek Champion Hoff gets off to a fast start as he earns the weekend’s first $25K victory. On the Footbrake side of action, John Madison earned the Weekend’s first big check defeating team car Kris Bunch in the Final Round.
