Sunday $50K TB Promotions Main Event Recap
TB Promotions wrapped up their 2026 Season with a Final $50K Main Event on Sunday at US 131 Motorsports Park in Martin, Michigan. The Big Winner on Sunday was Mother Nature as the Rain and Storms came in just prior to the finish of E3. The purse was split amongst E2 Winners. TB Promotions points championship battle was decided on Sunday with Zac Fulcher and the MRCOOL Team earning the title.
TB Promotions $50K Main Event Results (Sunday)
Rain Shortened Main Event with all E2 Winners receiving $722. No Box E3 Winners were Seth Jimenez, Donnie Hagar and Drew Buchner.
Saturday $250K Main Event Race Recap
The Big Day was finally here as $250K Main Event Saturday took center stage during the TB Promotions Event at US 131 Motorsports Park in Martin, Michigan. The Final Round saw a pair of Dragsters face off as Florida’s David Wright lined up with Tennessee racer Blake Fuqua. Wright knocked the tree down with a 004 RT and set it Dead 8 (4.448 on 4.44 Dial) to earn the $250K Top Prize. BJ Vangsness in his Illinois-based S-10 was the sole-semi finalist on the Day. Nick Hastings won No Box for the second day in a row, this time defeating Thursday No Box Winner Casey Baugh on his Motorcycle. Friday $50K Main Event Race Recap
Friday featured the first $50K Main Event of the Weekend during the TB Promotions Laris Motorsports Insurance $250K at US 131 Motorsports Park in Martin, Michigan. A Full Day of action came down to a pair of Roadsters with Homestate No Box Racer Kelly Smith in his ’57 Chevy Roadster squaring off with Lysle Roseman’s ’58 Corvette Roadster. The $50K stays in Michigan with Kelly Smith as Roseman turned it 005 Red. TB Promotions points contender Zac Fulcher was the day’s sole-semi finalist. Nick Hastings again won the No Box top prize with his Beretta defeating teammate Marcus Puru in the Famed Pontiac T-1000. Saturday is the Big Day at US 131 with the TB Promotions $250K Main Event. Thursday Folk Race Cars / Riggeal’s Warmup Race Recap
The TB Promotions Laris Motorsports Insurance $250K Week kicked off on Thursday at US 131 Motorsports Park in Martin, Michigan. Thursday’s on-track action was focused on the Folk Race Cars & Riggeal’s Dragster Warmup Race. The Winner received a Rolling Dragster Chassis built by the Team at Folk Race Cars & bodied by Riggeal’s Fiberglass. The Day started with a massive crowd of Racers, and 9 Rounds later two racers were left: Indiana’s Rocky VanNote in the Moser Engineering Vega Wagon and Canada’s Brandon Barker in the Kendall-sponsored Supercharged Dragster. VanNote would let go 001 in the Final and turn on the W light as Barker broke out by 002 (4.488 on 4.49 Dial). Garrett Griffith and Matt Morton were the day’s Semi-Finalists. Texas racer Casey Baugh took the day’s No Box victory on his Motorcycle defeating Kentucky’s Lucas Walker in the Cool Whip Camaro.
