Flicker Promotions’ Southern Big Buck Nationals is in the books after a great weekend of racing at Montgomery International Dragway in Montgomery, AL. Saturday’s $20K Main Event came down to local racer Hunter Whitehead in his Camaro and Jake Clayton wheeling one of the Overkill Motorsports Dragsters. Whitehead laid down 8 total (.006, dead 2) to earn the Big Check. Sunday’s $20K Final round came down to two Regulars to the Winners Circle on the big money bracket circuit as Will Holloman squared off with another Overkill Motorsports ride in Jeff Serra. In this all Dragster battle, Holloman came out on the Winning side of a close Double Breakout decision to earn the top prize.
